Sheree Robinson

BIO:
Sheree is a certified health coach and an ACE sports nutrition specialist focusing on overall well being and satiety.She has 13 years experience as a physical therapist assistant butte has a desire to help people even beyond the point of therapy. Her motivation is to help our community, of all ages, achieve goals of improving their quality of life. She works to assist her clients in creating a routine and a lifestyle that exercise and healthy choices become natural. Some chronic diseases can be fought by making lifestyle changes and she is very passionate about joining up with anyone that is ready to make those changes! 

Class Type:
Saturdays 10:00-10:50 
Praise & Worship Cardio: Full body workout with plenty of calories burned. All done with motivational praise music that will help your mind focused and pushing harder than you ever thought you could! This is a class that provides plenty of alternative techniques for all levels. 


Saturdays 11-11:45 
Core sculpting: Your core is the center of your body and plays a very important role in stability, balance and functionality of daily activities. This class will focus on abs, back and butt! You will not regret taking advantage of this class.


Saturdays 8-8:45 (starting June 15th)
Sheree’s Rise & Shine Motivational HIIT: This is for the go getters but you have a busy life to attend to so you come, get a full workout in and have the rest of your day to enjoy. HIIT is high intensity interval training program that you push through different quick bursts of exercise with short rest breaks. You burn more calories in less time.
