Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

May i see the event space before renting?​
YES. TO SCHEDULE A TOUR, PLEASE EMAIL US AT ROUTINESTOLEDO@GMAIL.COM TO MAKE THIS REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY IN THE EMAIL AND SOMEONE FROM OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU TO SCHEDULE A TOUR.
How many people can Routines hold?
PER THE FIRE CODE, THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT ROUTINES IS 70. ​
​How much does it cost to rent event space at Routines?
To check availability and receive a quote, you may complete our Event Rental Inquiry form at this link: https://forms.gle/U2eCT7ycjY1eYUNNA. 
Upon submission, Routines will respond to you via email with our availability and a rental quote within 24 - 48 business hours.
I received my quote. How do I reserve the date for my event?
After receiving your quote and availability confirmation, you may submit your security deposit to Routines to secure your date. Please be advised that the deposit is not refundable if you cancel your reservation date. ​
What is included in the rental price?
​The ​rental price includes your time in the studio, tables, and folding chairs. It ​also includes the use of our kitchenette area (sink, microwave, and refrigerator) and our sound/lighting system if needed.
​Table linens, chair covers, and glass chairs are available for an additional price.​
What types of tables and chairs are available?
Round tables
6-foot long rectangular tables
Folding chairs
Elegant glass chairs (additional cost applies)
What color table linens and chair covers are available?
6-foot rectangular table linens - Black 
Round table linens - Black, White, Red, and Grey
Chair covers - Black, white, red, and black/white striped
What methods of payment do you accept?
Routines Toledo prefers to use CashApp for all payments. Payments may also be made through Paypal upon request. Please include your name and event date when sending your payment.
What is the rental process after I place my deposit?
  • Complete the Event Details Form​
  • Sign the Rental Agreement
  • Pay the Remaining Balance
How much time do I get to set up for my event?
The rental time includes the set-up/decorating and clean-up of your event. Renters are strongly encouraged to consult with their event planners, decorators, delivery companies, etc. to ensure that enough time has been requested to accommodate their needs.
How do I access the venue for my event?
​A Routines representative will be at the studio to open the space on the designated date/time of rental. In the event that our staff is unable to be available to open the space, the renter will be provided with information regarding how to obtain access to the rental space.
Are there any restrictions for decorating?
Yes. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or doors.
No glitter or confetti of any kind may be used.
No tape or gummed material may be used on the walls. Please use removable strips to protect the paint.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD INTO ROUTINES?
Yes. Outside food is allowed in Routines, however, no food is allowed to be cooked on our premises. All food must be prepared off-site and brought into the studio. Renters are permitted to use chafing dishes to keep food warm.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR EVENTS HELD AT ROUTINES?
Routines Toledo patrons and guests may not possess firearms, explosives, illegal drugs or alcohol, or any other dangerous items of any kind while on the premises. Additionally, violence or dangerous activities of any kind will not be condoned and are not permitted on the property.
When is the balance due for my rental?
The balance is payable through CashApp or Paypal and is due for the rental fee must be paid no less than seven (7) days prior to your event.
How do I cancel my event?
Any cancellation or date changes must be done in writing via email to RoutinesToledo@gmail.com. Please be reminded that your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your event.
When will I receive my deposit back?
Routines Toledo will make every effort to ensure the security deposit is returned to the Renter within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the rental.

In the event that the full security deposit will not be returned to the Renter due to damages, cleaning, etc., written notification will be provided via email to the Renter noting the charges incurred and the amount (if any) that will be returned.
​MAY I SELL ALCOHOL AT MY EVENT?
No. Routines Toledo does not have an Ohio liquor license, therefore no alcohol may be sold in our facility. ​​
