What is the capacity of Routines?
Per the fire code, no more than 70 guests are permitted at a time
What methods of payment do you accept?
Routine Toledo prefers to accept CashApp for all payments. Payments may also be made through PayPal, ACH, or by credit card upon request. Any fees associated with payments made via these methods shall be the responsibility of the renter.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes your time in the studio, tables, and folding chairs. it also includes the use of our kitchenette area (sink, microwave, and refrigerator) and our sound/lighting system if needed.
Table linens, chair covers, glass-like chairs and other amenities are available to rent for an additional fee.

To check availability and receive a quote, you may complete our event rental inquiry form by visiting our Event Inquiry Page. You may also view our availability calendar. Calendar may take 24 - 48 business hours to update. Availability is subject to change based on rental status. View the calendar here.
Upon form submission, Routines will respond to you via email with our availability and a rental quote within 24 - 48 business hours.
May I View The Space Before Renting?
Yes. To Schedule A Tour, Please Send Us An Email Requesting A Tour. Please Include Your Dates/Times Of Availability In The Email. Someone From Our Staff Will Contact You To Schedule A Tour.

Renting Our Venue
I received my quote. How do I reserve the date for my event?
After receiving your quote and availability confirmation, you may submit your security deposit to Routines to secure your date. Please consult our quote response email for the amount and location to submit your deposit. Also, please be advised that the deposit is not refundable if you cancel your reservation date.
How much time do I get to set up for my event?
The rental time includes the set-up/decorating and clean-up of your event. Renters are strongly encouraged to consult with their event planners, decorators, delivery companies, etc. to ensure that enough time has been requested to accommodate their needs.
How do I access the venue for my event?
A Routines representative will be at the studio to open the space on the designated date/time of rental. In the event that our staff is not available to open the space, the renter will be provided with information regarding how to obtain access to the rental space.
Are there any restrictions for decorating?
Yes.
No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or doors.
No glitter or confetti of any kind may be used. (A cleaning fee will be assessed if confetti or glitter is found)
No extremely sticky tape or gummed material may be used on the walls.
Please use removable strips to protect the paint.
Can I bring outside food into Routines?
Yes.
Outside food is allowed in Routines; however, no food is allowed to be cooked on our premises. All food must be prepared off-site and brought into the studio. Renters are permitted to use chafing dishes to keep food warm.
May I sell alcohol at my event?
No.
Routines Toledo does not have an Ohio liquor license, therefore no alcohol may be sold in our facility. You are able to provide alcohol to your guests at no charge.
Are there any restrictions for events held at Routines?
Yes.
Routines Toledo patrons and guests may not possess firearms, explosives, illegal drugs or alcohol, or any other dangerous items of any kind while on the premises. Additionally, violence or dangerous activities of any kind will not be condoned and are not permitted on the property.

Before Your Event
What is the rental process after I place my deposit?
Complete the Event Details Form
Sign and return the rental agreement
Pay the remaining balance
Provide a copy of liability insurance
When is the balance due for my rental?
All rental balances are due no less than seven (7) days prior to your event.
May I come in the night before to decorate for my event?
If we do not have an event rental the night before your event, you are welcome to start your event set up earlier than the day of your event. Please be reminded that all rental time in the studio must be paid. Therefore, any additional hours will be charged at the additional hour rate listed in your rental agreement. Routines is not responsible for items left unattended.
I need to change the date of my event. What should I do?
Please send us an email letting us know you would like to change your event date. If known, please provide us with the new event date you’d like. If the requested date is available on our calendar, we will be able to move your event. Please know that a change fee will be assessed for all date changes. This information will be outlined in our response to your change request. Guests have three (3) months from their original event date to reschedule their event. Date changes are subject to date availability.
What is the liability insurance mentioned in my rental agreement about?
Routines requests that renters provide us with a copy of liability insurance prior to their event. This provides protection for incidentals that exceed the rental deposit amount. Liability insurance can often be obtained by contacting the carrier for your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies.
How do I cancel my event?
Any cancellation or date changes must be done in writing via email to [email protected]. Please be reminded that your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your event.

After Your Event
What do I do when I’m ready to leave the venue after my event?
Please refer to the “Important Things to Know” document that was emailed to you with your final event details. This document will provide you with the steps to take after your event, as well as a contact number to call when you are ready to leave the event space.
When will I receive my deposit back?
Routines Toledo will make every effort to ensure the security deposit is returned to the renter within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the rental.
In the event that the full security deposit will not be returned to the renter due to damages, cleaning, etc., written notification will be provided via email to the renter noting the charges incurred and the amount (if any) that will be returned.
Please refer to the “Important Things to Know” document that was emailed to you with your final event details. This document will provide you with the steps to take after your event, as well as a contact number to call when you are ready to leave the event space.
When will I receive my deposit back?
Routines Toledo will make every effort to ensure the security deposit is returned to the renter within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the rental.
In the event that the full security deposit will not be returned to the renter due to damages, cleaning, etc., written notification will be provided via email to the renter noting the charges incurred and the amount (if any) that will be returned.
