Tone & Core w/Lisa
A strong core is the foundation of building and toning muscle all over your body. Tone & Core w/Lisa uses concise and targeted exercises to help build your core muscle groups while improving your posture, muscle tone, and cardiovascular fitness.
* Please check with the instructor to see if any special equipment is needed for class
* A sweat towel and water are recommended
Walk-ins are welcome.
Note: An annual WAIVER must be completed upon check-in at the studio.
